She creates a password in Crosspass app on her mobile phone, and receives a Lookup ID and a PIN. She emails or texts the Lookup ID and PIN to Bob and he enters them into the Crosspass app on his phone. If the PIN is correct, he receives the shared password and the PIN expires.
